These simple and ready in 40 minutes Indian dishes, break the myth that all Indian dishes need countless ingredients and time to cook.

A two-part cooking class where you will learn about the essential spices, make homemade spice blend and 6 stress- free dishes with just 7 ingredients or less!!

You will also be treated to a special surprise during the class!

Menu Week 1

Alu Matar – Potatoes and peas curry with fresh aromatics

Cucumber Raita – Yoghurt and cucumber

Paranthas – Wholemeal Indian bread

Please note that this is the part 2 of the series. You will need to purchase a separate class if you wish to join week 1 

Menu Week 2

Continue on the journey of minimalistic Indian cooking and discover how the same spice tastes different when you cook with other ingredients.

Butter chicken – Marinated pieces of chicken in creamy tomato gravy

Daal – Spicy red lentils cooked with spices

Jeera Rice – Aromatic basmati rice in whole spices

Location – My Home kitchen in Aesch

Dates –Thursdays 21 Sept & 28 Sept

Time – 10 am – 1 pm

Cost – chf 65 per person per class including non-alcoholic beverage, ingredients, instructions and lunch

You can join me in my modern day Indian kitchen for a cooking session where you cook, learn and have fun with others in a relaxed homely environment.

All you need to bring is eagerness to learn and an appetite to eat !

Cost –  5 hours session ( 4 dishes) – CHF 120 per person including cost of ingredients, meal and non-alcoholic beverage

3 hours session ( 2 dishes) – CHF 65 per person including cost of ingredients, meal and non-alcoholic beverage

Minimum attendance – 3 people

Personalize and socialize – Create your own little private group with friends and have a Indian themed dinner party. Set your own menu and time.
